Coverage in the time it takes to find your keys.

Invisible

Powder, not paint. It reads as hair, not as a drawn line.

Portable

Compact with a built-in mirror and puff. It lives in your bag.

Honest

Cosmetic coverage. We do not sell it as a hair-growth treatment.

The gap

Every product you own works on hair. None of them work on scalp.

Volumising shampoo, thickening spray, root lift — all of it treats the strands. But the thing you actually see in the mirror is the scalp between them. The wider part. The pale line at the temple. That is a coverage problem, and no styling product solves it.

Root Veil is the last thirty seconds of the routine. It does not touch your hair. It covers what is showing through it.

Shade matching

Pick the right one the first time.

Cover-up powder gets sent back for one reason above all others: the shade was wrong. Here is what each of the five is actually for, and the four rules that decide between them.

Light BrownSoftest blend

Light brown through to dark blonde. Also the gentlest option on a greying hairline, where a darker shade would look drawn on.

Medium BrownGrey coverage

Mid-brown with warmth. The usual pick for covering grey regrowth at a brown root.

Dark BrownMost chosen

Standard dark brown — the shade most people mean when they say brunette. If you are guessing, start here.

Dark Coffee

Very dark brown that reads almost black indoors. The safer choice for near-black hair that still has warmth in daylight.

Black

True black with no warmth. If your roots look blue-black by a window, this is you. If they look brown, take Dark Coffee.

How to choose
  1. 1 Match the root, not the length Coloured or sun-lifted hair is lighter at the ends than at the scalp. Powder sits where the hair grows in, so match what is coming through at the root.
  2. 2 Between two shades, go lighter Too light reads as shadow and disappears. Too dark reads as makeup and announces itself. Lighter is the forgiving mistake.
  3. 3 Covering grey? Drop a shade Grey hair has no pigment of its own, so it takes powder harder than the hair around it. Going one step lighter keeps the patch from looking solid.
  4. 4 Torn between two? Take both A 2 pack lets you pick a different shade for each compact, at 20% off. Most people who do it use one at the root and the lighter one along the hairline.

Still unsure? Order the closest one. If it is wrong, email support@leviro.co within 60 days and we will send the right shade — you do not need to post the first one back.

How to use it

Four seconds, done properly.

Everyone who says cover-up powder looks fake applied it the same wrong way: swept on, in one heavy pass, over hair instead of scalp. Do it like this instead.

01 Start dry and styled

Hair dry, parted and styled the way you will wear it. Root Veil goes on last, after everything else.

02 Press, do not sweep

Press the puff into the powder, then press it straight down onto the scalp along the part or the hairline. Pressing deposits pigment. Sweeping just smears it across the hair.

03 Build in thin layers

Two light passes beat one heavy one. Stop the moment the scalp stops showing through — that is the finish, and going past it is what makes powder look like powder.

04 Pat down and go

Tap off any loose excess with a fingertip. It stays put through the day and comes out with your next shampoo.

Why powder

Powder or spray.

Root sprays and root powders solve the same problem in two different ways. The difference is whether the pigment lands where you want it or across everything nearby.

Comparison is against typical aerosol root touch-up sprays, not any one brand.

  Root spray Root Veil
Where it goes Sprayed over the whole area Pressed onto the scalp itself
Control Aerosol spread and overspray A puff, exactly where you aim it
On your skin Mist drifts onto forehead and ears Only where you press it
Travel Aerosol rules apply Compact, no pressurised can

Four people buy this, for four different reasons.

One of them is probably why you are here.

01

The part that keeps widening

You noticed it in photographs before you noticed it in the mirror. The hair is still there — there is just more scalp between it than there used to be.

02

The corners at the front

Temples and the front hairline, where it goes first for most men. Root Veil fills the gap at the front without touching the rest of your hair or your pillow routine.

03

Three weeks past your appointment

The colour is fine. The regrowth line is not. This covers the band at the root until the next appointment, and washes out before it.

04

Postpartum edges

The fine regrowth along the hairline after a baby takes months to catch up. This covers the sparse stretch while it does.

Plain terms

What it is, and what it is not.

Most of this category is sold with language that quietly implies regrowth. We would rather you buy it knowing exactly what arrives.

01

It is a cosmetic powder. It covers scalp so hair reads as fuller. It does not treat hair loss and it does not grow hair.

02

It sits on the scalp and the hair right around it, and it comes out with shampoo. Nothing about it is permanent.

03

It works where hair is thinning, not where hair is gone. On completely bare skin there is nothing for the pigment to sit against.

04

Patch test first if your scalp is sensitive, and keep it off broken or irritated skin.

Any powder promising regrowth is selling you something it cannot deliver.

LEVIRO

We make the step
everyone skips.

LEVIRO started with scalp care, because the scalp is the part of hair care everybody treats last and notices first. Root Veil is the same idea pointed at a different moment — not the long game of looking after the skin your hair grows from, but the four seconds before you walk out the door.

We keep the claims small on purpose. Cosmetics do what cosmetics do. Anything more than that, and you should be talking to a doctor, not a brand.

Questions

The ones worth answering.

Anything else, email support@leviro.co and a person will answer.

Will it come off on my pillow or my collar?+

Press it in properly and tap off the loose excess before you leave, and it stays where you put it through a normal day. Like any powder, heavy rain or hard rubbing will move some of it, and a white pillowcase will show it if you go to bed without washing it out. It comes out of fabric in a normal wash.

How do I pick a shade?+

Match the root, not the ends. Between two shades take the lighter one. If you are covering grey, drop one shade lighter again. The shade guide above walks through all five. If the one you order is wrong, email us and we will send the right one free.

Can I order two different shades in one pack?+

Yes — that is what the 2 and 3 packs are for. Choose the pack first, then pick a shade for each compact. Plenty of people take one for the root and one a step lighter for the greys along the hairline. The pack discount applies either way, and it shows in your cart.

Does it work on grey hair?+

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people buy it. Grey takes pigment more strongly than hair that still has colour, so go one shade lighter than you think — otherwise the covered patch can end up darker than the hair around it.

Will it help my hair grow back?+

No. Root Veil is cosmetic coverage and nothing else. It does not treat hair loss and it does not promote growth. If hair loss is what you want addressed, that is a conversation with a doctor or dermatologist, not a powder.

Can men use it?+

Yes. The front hairline and the temple corners are exactly what the pressed format is good at, because you can place the pigment precisely instead of spraying a whole area. Take Dark Brown or Dark Coffee unless your hair reads true black in daylight.

Does it work on a bald patch?+

It works where hair is thinning, not where hair has gone completely. The powder needs some hair to sit against — on fully bare skin it reads as makeup on skin, because that is what it would be.

How do I take it off?+

Shampoo. It is designed to wash out, so there is no remover and no build-up if you use it daily.

Is it safe on a sensitive scalp?+

Patch test on the inside of your forearm first and leave it a day. Do not use it on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin. If your scalp reacts to it, stop using it.

Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?+

Shipping is free worldwide. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on the country. You will get tracking by email once it is on its way.

What if it is not right for me?+

Email support@leviro.co within 60 days. If it is the wrong shade we will send the right one. If it is not for you at all, we will sort it out from there.
